Infographic: #HumanTrafficking in Our Backyard

Human trafficking is human slavery, and the saddest part is that it’s becoming more common around the world. Places where the sex and porn industries thrive often attract human trafficking, as well as places where there is a need for manual labor.

If you see something, say something. An amazing resource I recently discovered is the Truckers Against Trafficking website that teaches truckers and others who are in the travel industry (bus drivers, train operators, etc.) how to spot the signs of human trafficking and develop a response to it.

Their information and toolkits for activism against human trafficking and modern slavery  can apply to anyone,  anywhere.
